This method uses contract law not as an end in itself, but as a perfect, structured vehicle to enhance the muscles of academic thought to G5 standard. Students will learn to absorb information actively by deconstructing legal cases, identifying the core ratio decidendi amidst complex facts. They will develop synthesis skills by weaving together principles from different cases to form a coherent legal argument, mirroring the construction of an essay. The course explicitly teaches them how to approach a problem question by applying the foundational problem-solving technique for law exams.
